Download the order form and fill it out with what you would like on your album cover and/or spine. Please use one form for each part of the album – the cover, spine and back cover are three parts. Be sure to use the diagram to show the placement of your embossing.
Box everything together, with the order form(s) and ship it to me at the address on the form. Be sure to include your payment to cover embossing and return shipping cost.
